We completed a migration project with 4 master funds and many segments in mid-August with satisfaction on both sides. Despite a tight schedule and many inexperienced project team members at the start, the migration was completed successfully and in full.
We assisted our client
in the establishment of a standard (data, rules, procedure), in particular the introduction of a standard data sheet for all segments and funds.
in interpreting contractual requirements and integrating them into the legal requirements (KAGB, AIF, VAG/ AnlV, EU ESG regime),
in testing the migrated rules and control mechanisms,
in the final approval and go-live of all mandates,
as well as the instruction and training of employees.
The goal was also to create a basis for future migrations. Source and target system specifics that made the migration difficult were addressed, communicated and effectively utilised by us.
We helped to avoid data and software deficits thanks to our long and in-depth experience with the subject matter.
