Draft Fund Risk Limitation Act published

The German Federal Ministry of Finance has presented the draft bill for the Fund Risk Limitation Act.

This draft act essentially revisits the content of the Fund Market Strengthening Act, which has not been implemented due to the end of the Ampel coalition, but it also includes some new aspects.

The Fund Risk Limitation Act is scheduled to come into force in stages in April 2026 and June 2026.
